Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information HollerFlow collects and how it is used. HollerFlow is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Harrisonburg, Virginia, USA.

What we collect

  • From our customers (businesses): name, business name, email, phone number, billing details, and the business information you give us during setup.
  • From people who call a HollerFlow line: phone number, the call audio and transcript, and details the caller shares, such as name, address, and the job they need.
  • From website visitors: basic technical data our hosting provider logs, such as IP address and browser type. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

To answer and route calls, book appointments or take appointment requests, send call summaries to the business the caller was trying to reach, bill customers, provide support, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run HollerFlow: Retell AI and Twilio (phone calls and AI voice), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website and email), and the email service we use to send summaries, and the calendar tools a customer connects (such as Cal.com, Google Calendar or Outlook). Caller information is shared with the business the caller contacted. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Text messages

If a business using HollerFlow turns on texting, callers may get a text from that business, such as a reply to a missed call. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties.

Retention

We keep call recordings and transcripts while the customer's account is active and delete them within 90 days after it closes, unless the law requires otherwise. Billing records are kept as tax rules require.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing admin@hollerflow.com. We will reply within 30 days. HollerFlow is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and email customers about material changes.
